Tonya K.'s Healing Journey

There is a sense of excitement experienced at the beginning of a new year. We may think on the old year and feel dismayed by not accomplishing certain goals. For me there are several goals that I wished to obtain in 2009, but when I go deep within I realize I had not desired and willed within my being to accomplish them. Spirit gave me a serious check a few weeks ago. 'Don't just talk about it. But be about it." That motto stuck with me and it is my inspiration for 2010. It is enough of he hype B.S. that so many of us are on. We think we are fooling someone but in the end you are only fooling the , me, myself,. and I that you are.

You may say you want wealth, but you do the same old crap that wastes money. You say you want wealth, however, you have not put yourself in the presence and circle of persons who have wealth. Wealth is an energy just like anything else in life. It comes to who is in the vibration to receive it. Currently the economic markets are at the bottom. How many of you own stock in the markets? You are a consumer, but are you a collector?

You say you want to be healthy, but yet you still eat crappy foods that you know are not healthy. You say you want to lose weight, but you keep on eating processed foods and fail to exercise. It is time to stop just talking game, but be a player. So in 2010 what do you need to stop B.S-ing about? What do you want to accomplish in 2010? Not 5 years from now, but in 2010? Let us focus in the short term. It will take determination to make it happen, but it must first begin with intention. Biblical scripture says that God will give you the desires of your heart. Do you really affirm that? If so what do you desire within your heart.

The mind and heart are powerful and connected, this is where your soul dwells. Everything in life began and begins with a thought. The mind has the power to manifest what is a subconscious reality into a conscious reality. Again I ask what do you desire to accomplish in 2010?
